Probability Manipulation, Power (Encounter, 1 charge): No action. Trigger: You make an attack roll or skill check and dislike the result. Effect: You reroll the attack or check and must use the second result.
Knock, Power (Encounter, 1 charge): Standard action. As Knock ritual.
Dimension Door, Power (Encounter, 3 charges): Full round action. Creates a portal directly in front of the wielder to a location he can see and has line of effect to. The portal lasts until the end of the character’s next turn.
Teleport / Plane Shift, Power (Encounter, 5 charges): Full round action. Allows the wielder and up to one additional companion per segment of the rod to be instantly be transported to any teleportation circle known by the wielder or to any location stored in the staff’s runic patterns.
Blink, Power (At-Will, 5 charges): Immediate Interrupt. Trigger: You are hit by an attack. Effect: You gain +6 to all defenses until the end of your next turn. Anytime an attack misses you, you may teleport to an unoccupied square within 5, but always within 5 squares of your original location when this power was activated.
